Management
Allen Rezapour, Co-CEO
Prior to co-founding Bullet EV, Mr. Rezapour served as the U.S. Managing Director of Europcar USA, a subsidiary of Volkswagen Group. Mr. Rezapour is the co-founder and former co-CEO of Fox Rent-A-Car, a company he grew over 35 years from a small fleet of vehicles to over $350 million of revenue with 26 U.S. locations and over 110 worldwide affiliates. Fox’s owned fleet consisted of over 20,000 vehicles. Mr. Rezapour oversaw Fox Rent-A-Car’s successful exit in 2019 to Europcar Mobility Group, one of the largest auto rental companies in the world with operations in 140 countries covering Europe, North America, Western Asia, and Africa. Europcar was subsequently acquired by Volkswagen in 2021. Mr. Rezapour is a career entrepreneur having built and sold several companies in addition to Fox. Mr. Rezapour is an Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate from Chico State University.
Andres Pinter, Co-CEO
Prior to co-founding Bullet EV, Mr. Pinter was a senior member of the investment team at Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager with more than $400 billion under management across credit, private equity, real estate and infrastructure strategies. Ares is a leader in financing companies and assets in the sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy, energy storage and vehicle electrification sectors. Before Ares, Mr. Pinter held leadership roles at Deloitte, Ernst & Young and Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Pinter holds a B.A. from Cornell University in Government and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School concentrating in Finance.
Mark Vogel, COO
Prior to co-founding Bullet EV, Mr. Vogel served as senior vice president of operations for ADT’s Solar division, one of the largest solar, storage, roofing and energy companies in the U.S. Mr. Vogel managed 14 senior leaders in 24 states and 36 offices, focusing on procurement and installation of solar panels and storage. Mr. Vogel was previously the President and COO of PetersenDean, an installer of residential solar with over $360 million annual sales and 2,000 employees in seven states. At PetersenDean, Mr. Vogel managed over 1,100 employees in 20 offices in 6 states. Mr. Vogel’s other roles include Division President for Perry Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in Texas with $700 million in revenue. Mr. Vogel received a BS in Business Administration from Lubbock Christian University.
Shahin Haynes, Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining Bullet EV, Mr. Haynes served as director of operations for ADT’s Solar division, overseeing 11 locations across six states managing projects from point of sale to utility approval. In this role, Mr. Haynes focused technical, revenue, and cost targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, annual revenue increased over 400% through implementation of innovative strategies. Before ADT, Mr. Haynes was the COO of Peak Power Solutions for 11 years, overseeing a team generating over $25 million in annual sales for residential and commercial solar installations, including rooftop, ground-mounted arrays and carports. Mr. Haynes received a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Mark Volpe, Vice President of Human Resources
Prior to joining Bullet EV, Mr. Volpe served as a senior Human Resources executive for a number of large organizations. At PetersenDean, a residential solar installation company, Mr. Volpe oversaw HR and Payroll for more than 2,500 employees located in 30 offices across 8 states. Prior to joining PetersenDean, Mr. Volpe was co-owner and President/Chief Operating Officer/Vice President of HR at Telpro Technologies, a telecommunications construction company with more than 1,500 employees in 8 states, and revenues in excess of $275 million. Mr. Volpe’s other experience includes building HR and Payroll infrastructure for several high-growth startups ensuring seamless operations and compliance. Mr. Volpe has a B.S. in Economics & Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California, and possesses a Senior Professional in Human Resources credential (SPHR).
